1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to PCnema! Our service allows you to stream and enjoy a wide variety of movies directly on your PC. By accessing or using PCnema, you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are not authorized to use our services.
2. Changes to Terms

The content available through Pcnema, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to Pcnema and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. However, the audio and video clips accessible via Pcnema are hosted by third-party content providers and are not owned or hosted by Pcnema. These audio and video clips remain the property of their respective copyright owners and are subject to their own terms and conditions.
None of the content, be it owned by Pcnema or hosted from third parties, may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any purposes without prior written consent from Pcnema or the respective copyright owners of the audio and video content.
6. User-Generated Content
If the service allows you to post content, you retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you post to PCnema. However, by posting content, you grant PCnema a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that content in connection with the service.

Under no circumstances will PCnema be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the service, or transmitted to users.
